When setting up an email rule, can I use more than one keyword (e.g. remove and unsubscribe)? If so, how do I separate the keywords (e.g. comma, semi-colon)?

Also, how do I setup a rule that searches for a particular phrase (e.g. "out of office")? I want to make sure that the rule won't accept portions of that phrase (e.g. out, office); only the phrase in its entirety. Do I need to use quotes or the "Find whole word only" option or something else?

The program always searches for the exact phrase you enter in the "Edit mail rule" window. When the "Find whole word only" option is selected, the selected message field must match the text exactly.

If you want to use more the one keyword, the only solution is to create multiple mail rules. I hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.
