Hi all

Is possible to both receive and send and receive messages using SMTP?

Why does one need POP3?

Any help will be appreciated.

Your mail account is hosted by the POP3 server. The message is received from an e-mail client by the SMTP server and downloaded by the client from the POP3 server. Let me know if you have any other questions.
