About E-mail Merge How many times have you received a message like this: ------------------------------------------ Dear Friend, DON'T DELETE THIS MESSAGE! This is a very serious business opportunity... ------------------------------------------ I receive dozens every day. Not even one has kept my attention for more than a split second, which was just what I needed to mark it and erase it irretrievably from my hard disk. Such messages are invariably spam, and they do not deserve attention. An efficient way of spam-tracing is to look into the To message field. If your name or your e-mail is not displayed in it, the message is almost always spam. Thus, had the message begun with "Dear Nenad" and if it had had my e-mail address or my name in the body of the message I would have certainly read it, as it would have been directed to me personally. However, this is not a PostCast "Spamming made easy manual". This was not my intention nor would I recommend it to anybody. Such a thing is not possible using PostCast, since the program was not designed for such purposes. PostCast makes use of your database with names, e-mail addresses and other data which you had carefully collected over your online web forms, subscription requests for your newsletter, orders for your products, etc. A very convenient PostCast tool called E-mail Merge can be used to send targeted e-mails to your clients. It is an exquisite way to generate new orders from existing customers. This is also the most efficient means to make contact with your clients, one which will bring you much satisfaction.
