Automatically import data from the messages Activate this option and the program will import the data from your e-mail messages every time it receives messages. If it is inactive, the program will import nothing. Ignore duplicate recipients A very useful option if you happen to be gathering data in your e-mail list, if you are forwarding request, and so forth. Thanks to it you will avoid any repetition of a contact e-mail address, and you would prevent sending multiple messages to each e-mail address. If you leave this option active, the program will omit table inscription if it detects a copy of the e-mail. If you are importing data from the message with the following content: Name: Ron Johnson E-mail: ron@osiiv.net the program will not enter this data if it detects ron@osiiv.net in the table. E-mail Field Select the table column name which contains e-mail addresses. Move imported messages to the folder If you activate this option, select the e-mail folder within the E-mail Client wherein you would like to stack those messages from which you had imported data. This option serves as a specific data backup, because if you lose the data table, the original source data would be retained. Make copy in Inbox folder It will put a message copy wherefrom we have extracted the data to the Inbox folder. If the 'Move imported messages' option is inactive, this will happen automatically.
