Clean up tableThis tool is used to check out all e-mail addresses in your table. The program will search all records and if it finds an e-mail address which had been entered incorrectly or include invalid characters, it will attempt to correct them by correcting the characters.
 Name of your e-mail field Choose a name for the column which contains e-mail addresses. Create backup copy of the current table Before it introduces any changes, the program will create a backup copy of your table. The name of the table will be of the following type: table name + '_Backup' Select records with invalid e-mail addresses If you keep this option active, the program will not introduce any changes in your data. Instead of that, all records which contain invalid e-mail addresses will be selected.
