E-mail fieldsIt is necessary to define an exact field in your e-mail message. The E-mail Fields list should be filled in with the exact text that will define the emerging field in the message, so that PostCast may distinguish the important part of the text from the unimportant one. in other words, if you come across this within your message: First Name = Ron Johnson you will enter only 'First Name = ' in the list. This way the program will distinguish the field from the value.
 E-mail Fields The list which contains exact e-mail fields definitions. If you have something like this: Phone: 4564-4786 Registration fee: US$ 149.95 the E-mail Fields list should be filled in with: 'Phone: ' 'Registration fee: US$ ' to enable PostCast to extract result values: 4564-4786 149.95 Case sensitive If you select this option, all e-mail fields will be identified exactly as you had defined them. For example, f you have defined the field: 'Street: ' whereas the received message reads 'street: ', the program would not be able to process it as they are not coincident. Make sure to activate the option only if you are sure as what you are really doing. Default e-mail headers You can import the From, To, Subject, Date, X-Mailer default fields from each incoming e-mail message into your database. Just click the check box and the program will automatically add the corresponding value to the E-mail Fields list. For example, if you select the To field, the program will add [To] to the E-mail Fields list. Do not edit these values later, since the program would not be able to recognize the defined fields.
