FiltersDuring e-mail message receipt from the POP3 server, the program will check each message in turn for the defined fields. If it detects certain fields, the program will extract values and include it in the table. This way all messages are considered valid. If you select a part of the e-mail message which should contain keywords only, you can speed up the process considerably. If, for example, you determine that only messages with 'Order' subject should be processed, the program will orient only such messages.
 In order to set the program correctly, do the following: 1. Click the combo box to select one of the following fields: Subject, From, Date, AllHeaders*, Text 2. Add the keyword which should appear in the selected e-mail message by clicking the Add button at the bottom of the screen. *AllHeaders Contains all e-mail message elements, including Subject, Text, From, To ...
