How to use Mail ServerIn order to send e-mail messages using PostCast's Mail Server, select the 'Use Internal Mail Server' option from the Settings window. Click the Settings button from the toolbar and select E-mail Tab to reach your option.
 Setting up the Mail Server Use Default DNS server Select this option and the program will use the default DNS server. Usually you would not need to change the DNS server. Use this DNS server Enter the IP address of the DNS server which you wish to use, and the program will deactivate the default DNS server. All DNS queries will be forwarded via that defined server. Create log files If you activate this option, the program would save all communication between PostCast and the remote server (to which you would deliver your e-mail messages) in a single file. Every time you utilize the mail server to send messages, the program would create another log file. Delete logs older than.. Enter the number of days after which log files would become old. PostCast would delete all files older than the mentioned number of days. Useful if you have large mailing lists or if you send messages often. You will save some disk space as well. View existing log files Select a log file from the dropdown list and click the adjacent View button. You will open a log file in the Notepad, WordPad or some other program you use to read text files. Enable Mail Server If this option is active, PostCast would send messages using an integrated Mail server. If you deactivate it, the messages will be sent via an SMTP server that you had defined in the Setting window of the E-mail Account settings.
