Mail sending options

You can send messages in Personal or Bulk mode.

Personal

The program will address each message personally to the recipient, as well as enter all table data, provided that you had defined the message fields.

Bulk

No message will be sent personally to any recipient. Instead mail packages will be sent. The package is actually a single message addressed by entering recipient addresses into the BCC e-mail field.

Addresses per message packet

Number of e-mail addresses within a BCC message field.

E-mail field

Should have the selected column name within your table, which contains recipients' e-mail addresses.

Text for the To field

Text you wanted to appear within the To e-mail field of the recipient message.

Create separate table for each mailing

Every time you send messages, the program creates a separate table featuring all the essential data. The table name is of the following format: TABLE_NAME DATE TIME_SENDING. Thanks to the original table and the sending table, you may send messages only to those recipients who had not received messages from you. Use the 'Compare Tables' tool to achieve this.

Important

If the program fails to send a message during the sending process (as a result of error), the message will not be deleted from the Outbox folder. You will be able to try again and send it as soon as you reactivate the Send option.

PostCast is no spam program. Use the BCC option with ultimate restraint. Numerous servers would refuse to deliver the message if you had included too many addresses in the BCC field, mostly due to the fact that it is the commonest way to spam. It is strictly forbidden to use PostCast to spam, which is further emphasized in the License Agreement.
