Manage repliesYou will find all you need in a single place, regardless of whether you want to process the remove/unsubscribe requests, or process bounced messages. This is not a separate tool, but a combination of several PostCast ones. It serves the purpose of integrate several advanced options into one, and thus, enable an easy program setup.
 Keywords in the subject of the e-mail message Click the Add button to add new keywords to the list. Using the Up/Down buttons you may change the pattern according to which the program would be looking for the pre-defined keywords. With the receipt of every single message the program will examine the Subject and look for every pre-defined keyword in turn. Auto-respond Leave this option active if you want to send a message to the sender automatically. Click the Settings button to set up the message. See the Reply with message rule. Remove from list Keep this option active when you want to delete a sender from your mail list automatically. Click the Settings button to set up this tool. See the Remove from list rule. Add to the list Select this option to put sender's sent messages on the mail list automatically. Click the Settings button to set up this tool. See the Add to the list rule. Delete message from Inbox Keep this option active when you want to delete the received message from the Inbox e-mail folder.
