Open message, printing, navigationOpen message There are three ways to open the message and display it in a separate window. Select it first, and then: a. right mouse click and select Open from the menu. b. double click the message. c. click the Messages button from the toolbar and select the Open option.
 Printing You can print messages once they are opened. Then click the Print button from the toolbar.
