Remove duplicate recipients Should the table contain many identical e-mail addresses, using this tool will enable you to eliminate data repetition. This tool can facilitate the evasion of sending one or more messages to the same e-mail address. Suppose that you have two different records having the same e-mail address. During the sending process, the program will create two different messages which will be identically addressed. Your recipient will receive two identical messages, which can make you look rather unprofessional. Name of your e-mail field Choose a column name which contains e-mail addresses Create backup copy of the current table Before it introduces any changes, the program will create a backup copy of your table. The table name will be of the: table name + '_Backup' type. Make new table with the results The data will not be erased if you select this option; a new table containing e-mail address that appear more than once will rather be created.
