Sending messagesWhen you finish working with your e-mail message and when you send the test message to ensure no errors were made, click the Send button from the toolbar within the E-mail merge window to actually send the messages.
Send Later You will notice that the Send button has an arrow pointing downwards to its right. When you click it you would be able to select the Send Later option from the drop down list, which would put ready messages in the Outbox folder. Then, the messages can be sent by clicking the Start button from the main toolbar. When you select the Send Message option, the program will send the message as soon as it creates them. Every time you send messages, the program creates a separate table featuring all the essential data. The table name is of the following format: TABLE_NAME DATE TIME_SENDING Thus if you have a Customers table and then send messages to all e-mail addresses from the table, the program would create a new table bearing a name such as: Customers 6/30/1999 1:03:19 PM What is the importance of this option? Thanks to the original table and the sending table, you may send messages only to those recipients who had not received messages from you. Use the 'Compare Tables' tool to achieve this. Note: you can disable this option easily. Click the 'Send' button from E-mail Merge window, choose 'Online' tab and unselect 'Create separate table for each mailing'.
