Signature, Text from File
Signature
In order to set up Signature, select Settings from the Tools menu. Click the E-mail tab, then the Signature tab. If you click the Insert button from the toolbar within the E-mail merge window and then select Signature, you will add the text which you had defined as signature in the body of your message.
Text from File
You can add any text from any file into your e-mail message if you click the Insert button from the toolbar within the E-mail merge window, then select Text from File. Set the file path and the program will insert the file text into your message.
