Working with .dmg message filesSuppose that you have several products and that you must write a separate sales letter for each. Postcast possesses all that is required to make and organize various messages for each of your products. Thanks to the Message Files you will be able to save and reopen an infinite number of completely configured e-mail messages, all ready to send. When you save a message as a .dmg file, PostCast uses it to stack data about all defined table fields, all e-mail message fields, as well as location attachments and the HTML files which you want to send as an HTML message.
 New Click the New button from the toolbar to create a new, empty message. Do not forget to save it when you are done with it. Save Click the Save button to save the message. Select its path from the 'Save As' dialog. Open In order to open a saved message, click the Open button from the toolbar and find your message path. This button also possesses a drop down list with the last five messages you were working with. ------------------------ Recent Message Files 
PostCast keeps data of the last five messages with which you were working. Every time you create a new message or open an existing one, PostCast will update the latest recent message list. The last received messages will head the list. The program automatically opens the last worked message every time you open the E-mail Merge program. In order to access this option, do the following: - the toolbar contains an 'Open' button. Click the arrow to the right of it. A message list ill open up.
