Add a personal signature to your messagesIn order to define the signature, do the following: 1. Select 'Settings' from the Tools menu, then click the Signature tab. 2. Click the 'Text' option and then enter the text which you would be using to sign the messages in the field next to it.
 Add signatures to all outgoing messages If this option is selected, the program would automatically add your defined signature to each message it sends in turn. Text If you select the 'Text' option, then the signature will be the text you had previously entered in the adjacent field. File If you select the 'File' option, you would have to define the text file you would be using as signature. Click the Browse button and select its location. |
